After eight years of professional experience in commercial design and planning, Emerson founded Studio EHKS in 2020 out of a desire to make good design more accessible to everyone.

Emerson aims to leverage technology and holistic design strategies to create sustainable and healthy environments and bring thoughtful design to each and every client. He aims to bring a sense of comfort and community to every space he designs. His expertise in sustainable design has provided measurable results toward meeting or exceeding set sustainability goals for clients.
